The chairo is a delicious soup made of many traditional bolivian ingredients. The ingredients for this soup are: pealed wheat, white corn (mote), chuño, potato,broad beans, tomato, onion, garlic, salt, and spices and condiments.
Add 5 cups of cold water in a cacerole, empty the content of one bag and boil stirring occasionallly. Reduce the flame and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally, and add salt if desired.
