Yacuchimba is a solo instrument, belonging to the same family of Quenacho and Quenali The difference is based on the size and thickness. Has 6 wound in the middle-lower and one in the back for harmonization. It is generally used as an accompaniment to the drum together. It is made from a piece of bamboo cane bone or other material of plant origin. It measures about 25 to 40 centimetres in length and a half to one inch in diameter.
